Ticket center plugin 3.0 don't working well

How Can I open support ticket?

It seems your site is blocking loading of some css style sheets located. Best to check why that is.

I was manually imported css file.
but I can’t see ticket list.

Also I can’t understand why this css files removed.

Actually the fields are there but they are hidden because of the missing css.
