• Hi,

I have two tickers on my header (with 2 different section, one for desktop, one for tablet / mobile).
So the tab / mobile ticker is viewable if i reduce the desktop screen size but remains invisible on mobile / tablet viewport.
    Any idea ?

    Thanks for your support.

I don’t have an answer for this at the moment. I checked out your site and am not seeing any tickers running, although I see they are supposed to be in your header based on the source html. I do a javascript error in the browsers developers tools which is most likely why the tickers aren’t displaying for me:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Please run through the following article to try and figure out what may be causing this error: https://www.metaphorcreations.com/article/test-plugin-conflicts/

Let me know what you find out. Thanks!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answer.
Despite the Uncaught Error, it seems that the ticker is ok on Brave and Firefox, but not on Chrome, whatever the theme switched, or plug-in disabled.
Normally, you have to see that ticker on the header : https://prnt.sc/xx72cd

However, the tab / mobile ticker does not appear at those viewport (only on desktop with reduced window), i tried on Chrome and Firefox apps.
    Thanks.

I checked out Firefox and Brave and am seeing the same results as I did in Chrome. You may be viewing a cached version of the page/site in those browser (possibly).

Once the error is resolved and I can see the ticker I’ll take another look and try to help you out.
