Ticker is not being displayed

Hello Cool Plug in support,

I was about to purchase the Cryptocurrency Widgets – Price Ticker & Coins List, when I realized the free version is not showing on my live website.

Only in the preview and the customizing area of WordPress, i can see it, once I log out and visit the site as a regular person, the ticker is not showing up.

I tried to test with another ticker plug-in, and this is working fine with it(Cryptocurrency Widgets Pack by blocksera)

looking forward to hearing from you because this plug-in is really nice.
