ticker dynamic content issue

    Trying to set up the ticker to show one page category but it shows all recent instead. I’ve added a plugin that assigns categories to pages as well as posts. That could be the root of the issue. Is there a way to show only one “page” category?

    It seems like due to third-party plugin you are using to assign categories to pages, it’s not working as expected. May i know the plugin you are using for this use-case so that we can check from our end? Afterward, I will have to discuss with our dev team whether this can be possible to implement or not.

    It’s this plugin – although I believe there are others that can assign categories to pages.

    WOW – thanks so much for looking into it. Since pages don’t normally have categories it really wasn’t a support issue.
