Ticker appearing above the menu

Hey,

I have been trying for the past couple of hours to install the plugin and use it site wide. I am using Newspaper theme by tagDiv. I am able to see the ticker and customize it using custom CSS but can’t seem to get it below the menus for some reason. Irrespective of where I place the php code in the header.php file, it keeps showing it at the top. Putting it at the bottom of header.php breaks the site with error 500.
Anyway you could help me out with getting it below the two menus?
