• Awful plugin, removed pictures from the website, then tried to disable this cloud storage feature and roll back the images but nope didn’t work. Images not completely gone. Would not recommend this plugin. You only have to search forums with many people saying the same thing.

    Hi Stefan,

I used the plugin across multiple websites, and because the allowance was used up the images disappeared from the websites. So i deleted the plugin across the sites but still the images would not reappear.

For example on this website: https://www.shutterblindschingford.co.uk/

I researched on forums with people complaining of the exact same issue, and it seemed your support was no help for them either. You keep pointing people to an article on your website – https://docs.optimole.com/article/1323-cloud-library-browsing#rollback

which does not explain clearly how to put the images back to your own server. After finding the setting, the images still did not return. They have been completely removed from our server and so appears yours. I just had to spend half a day replacing images throughout the website.
