I am using the latest version of the plugin and the site: https://www.joyfuldetails.com/portfolio-galleries/ will not display the thumbnails the size I am assigning it. Every possible place where I can enter a thumbnail size, I have done so. This includes the green box within the page’s text editor, the bulk action box in the manage galleries section, set sizes both in gallery settings and thumbnail options, resized individually by going into the specific gallery and selecting the images to create new thumbnails. I seem stuck.

When you are on the portfolio page and click through to a gallery, the thumbnails are even worse. They are set to be 250×300. Everything was set up properly until I upgraded to the latest version.

I have also attempted the plugin Regenerating Thumbnails to no avail.
    Please help

@deluxedesigns – All of the thumbnails appear to be using the dimensions you have set. Please keep in mind these are used as maximum values for the dimension. If you are looking for uniformly sized images you will also need to use the cropping option(s) to do so.

As to the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, that will only currently work on images in the WordPress Media Library.

    Thanks!

No, I set them to be 250×300 and they are not rendering that size. They were prior to me updating the plugin. I did try and use the crop option to change the uniformity of the images and it did not work. It would not change them at all.

@deluxedesigns – The images in the display you linked to are sized based on those dimensions. If you are trying to alter the displayed images, are you doing so within the current IGW inserted display?

If you are generating new thumbnails under Gallery > Manage Galleries you will need to remove the existing displays and re-insert them for these new thumbnails to be used. You may also need to clear the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous to see the changes immediately.

Have you also tried viewing your site using an anonymous browser window as well?
