    Hello,

    I’ve a couple of questions for your WordPress plugin. Actually i’ve installed the latest version of your plugin 3.4.1 and WordPress 4.9.1.

    I’ve set a slider to have thumbnail navigation outside the slider box, everything looks good but i can’t make it to remove the possibility to drag&drop the thumbnail list, i would like to disable that.

    I tried in slider setting under Slider navigation methods to switch off all the options but it still drag&drop in the front end.

    In addition to that i would like to have the thumbnail arrows to actually change the slide (like the arrows on the slider do), would that be possible? I tried to test a bit the Callback settings part, i tried with a simple “console.log(“hello world”);” and nothing gets printed when i visit the page in frontend.

    Do i need the pro version for this features or i’m missing something?

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider and sorry for the delay in responding.

    It is possible to do that, but there is a problem with callbacks on Master Slider Free and you need to wait for next update. After that, it will be fixed and we can assist you to achieve what you want.
