thumbs.db magicly appeared

Hi. Thumbs.db magically appeared in my theme folder which I created and since I’ve read about hacks recently implementing a thumbs.db into sites I felt a bit worried.

code too long to paste in code

The code seems suspicious and I′d like to see what you guys say. Don’t bother posting the hack faq links since if it’s a hack I know how to remove it I just want to be sure before I do the hassle.

Edit 1. Background information . Website was put up on thursday last week on one of my customers webhosting company. When I left friday it wasn’t there ,now it is so it’s definitely either a plugin/wordpress/webhotel thingie doing it or someone has injected this.

Website seems safe and there is no injected code so far.
