Right now YARPP’s builtin Thumbnails display only uses the “featured image” feature of WordPress, which only allows for one image per post. You could, however, build this type of rotation using some custom PHP code, if you’re able to do so. To do that, you’ll want to write a custom YARPP template to handle that rotation.
