Thumbs not showing after update

Hello, i dont know what the problem is, i hope you can help me out.
I have updated my WordPress and Gallery to the newest versions, after that the most of the thumbnails are not showing up, i can see them in the backend..
in frontend i can see only the title of the images and a strange linke like this: https://mysite.com/nextgen-image/365/180×0/89caaa8eb2b8c282e92bc43dd2b9b94c
i have checked permissions, they seems to be ok..
pls help!!
