Thumbnails Wrong Size

    I am having problems with my thumbnails.
    They are all appearing the wrong size.
    I tried to download the thumbnails so that I could edit them and then ftp them back onto theme. BUT they still appear incorrectly. The theme does not recognise the edited images.
    Any suggestions ?
