Thumbnails show completely irrelevant contents (on Google / Facebook etc)

My organisatioin’s website, maetaoclinic.org, has been colliding with some weird and unknown website. Whenever I share posts and pages on the website, it shows completely irrelevant contents that are written in Japanese. Even when one googles the organisation name, it shows the irrelevant contents on Google as well. But when you click such thumbnails or shared ones, they are linked to the right page without any issues.
I’ve already downloaded and checked SEO, checked and refreshed developer debug provided by Facebook, but the issue still keeps going on. I deactivated all plugins and checked one by one but couldn’t identify the core problem.
I’ve checked out others’ forum and one blogger had a similar issue, which was solved by changing the WooCommerce setting. We also use WooCommerce for the donation perks purpose. I wonder if this is the problem?
