    @blacktopmagazine – You appear to be using the carousel template with the NextGEN Basic Thumbnails display which is set to open images in the ImageBrowser display … from here there appears to be a JavaScript error which could be stopping script execution in general on your site and this would then in turn stop the Lightbox Effect from being triggered.

    Although I am not certain, it appears the JavaScript error is coming from an embedded subscription plugin, you might want to start there to see if this is a conflict with another active plugin on your site.
