Thumbnails only show the default image

I’m using the latest version of the plugin. I’ve used the one it says “Regenerate Thumbnails” i even made it generate 150×150 which is the same size of the default image. But still it keeps showing the default no other options :/ Do i need to do something help for them to show properly?
