When creating projects and adding images, the thumbnails on the Portfolio/Project editing screen are elongated or stretched – the width is fine for the thumbnail, but it seems the full height of the original image is being used instead of a standard thumbnail height (75 px I would imagine).

Here is an screen shot of what it looks like:

The thumbnails appear fine when the portfolio is placed on a web page, but the editing page gets very long and it is difficult to move projects up and down when the thumbnails are elongated.

  • Hello
Dear user the image is uploaded with it’s natural size. Is is naturally long? or plugin elongated it?

The image does not upload with its natural size. It is thumbnail width, but full image height. The plugin is elongating it.

On the video which demonstrates how to create Projects, a large image is selected from the Media Library to add to a project. The large image is displayed as a thumbnail within the Projects page. This does not happen when I add images from the Media Library to a project. They are thumbnail width, but actual image height.

That issue is not familiar to us, maybe it is some kind of conflict or error. If you could contact our developers [email protected] and send your admin page screenshot to them. I am sure they can fix it.
