The images are not showing on the page but if you click on one of the grey squares or the only image that does show up you will see a gallery on Chrome, firefox but not on explorer.

The gallery was running for almost a year without an issue. I just updated yesterday, don’t know if that may have done it. I also deleted all the images except the one that continues to show up, uploaded to the media folder, and replaced them this way. Not sure but I may have uploaded them to the plugins upload folder originally that’s why I tried to re-uploaded them again to see if this would work. The result produced the same results -no thumbnails on the page.

Any recommendations would be fully appreciated.

Plugins paid or non-paid. You’re still eventually going to run into issues. That’s my take. I’ve been working on this site for a year and getting ready to launch this summer, this is not good. Hope we both can get some help soon.

    Dear @freddyboy377,

For the questions regarding the Premium version, please contact our support team using the following form.

    Dear @jaypeeonline,
Please provide us with the gallery link if you have the free version of the plugin.
If you have the premium version please contact us through that link as well.

    Sincerely,

Here’s the link to the gallery with the missing thumbnails:

By the way, the missing thumbnails are inside the albums. The thumbnails for individual albums show up.

    Asya

    I submitted to help ticket.

    Thank You.

    Dear @jaypeeonline,

    Thank you for the link.

There is some conflict that is caused by your theme or a third-party plugin.
That plugin or the theme is adding data-spai=“1” attribute to img tags that lead to improper thumbnails display.

Please deactivate your plugins temporarily and change the theme to detect the conflict source.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Asya,

You’re welcome and thank you for the information.

Found out the problem and it was redundancy in CDN.

The thumbnails are now showing up but the navigation buttons in the images are missing.

Regarding my previous message, I’m talking about the lightbox.

When you click on a thumbnail, it opens the lightbox and all I see is the image.
I don’t see any buttons for navigation.

    Dear @jaypeeonline,

    Thank you for the update.

Is the gallery created using the 10Web plugin?

The lightbox and the navigation buttons work properly on my end:

Did you make any changes in the style of the buttons?

    Sincerely,

    @asyag You’re welcome.

I’m not sure I know what you mean by 10Web plugin?

The Lightbox navigation buttons are supposed to show like arrows, not circles right?
The circles show up because I disabled the full-width Lightbox, otherwise you can’t see them.

No, I didn’t make any changes to the styles of the buttons.

    Dear @jaypeeonline,

    Sorry for the belated response.

The issue might be coming from Autoptimize. Please try to deactivate it and see how the gallery performs.

    Sincerely,

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
    frank (ao dev)
