thumbnails not working in custom themes

  • hie friends. i m using arthemia theme.. and i used so many cstom themes.. but any of theme thumbnails not comings.. it shows blank box… or text in some themes… what to do.. i instaled. next gen gallery also.. not cming.. any one plzz suggest best plugins.. which generates automatic thumbnails… after posting.. thanx in advance…
