THUMBNAILS NOT SHOWING ON RLATED ARTICLES

I currently use Zemanata on my website https://www.ihateworkinginretail.com
The related articles has been working perfectly up until a few days ago. when I tab down to the bottom of the screen to put my related articles in the thumbnails are not showing. the text is fine but the gap above where the image should be is just a white box.
Can you help?
for reference the related posts section is working fine
