Thumbnails not showing

    I am new to this plugin.

    One of my clients has a website since long and he was stuck with the issue of “Thumbnails are not showing”.

    I tried to debug it and it turned out to be a very simple fix but it took me 4 hours to get this. May be it is helpful to someone else.

    They had an attribute: thumbnail_alignment=”top”.

    I just had to remove it and it started showing the thumbnails. I don’t know why is it so but it happened to me so wanted to share.

    Yes, removal of thumbnail_alignment=”top” solved also my problem. Thanks !!

    Sorry… no, I spoke too soon… if you remove the thumbnail_alignment=’top’ it will remove the top/main video. Right? On my installation that is what is happening: I can see the thumbnails, but the main video is missing now…. so there appears still a bug, right?

    Sorry again… it is a caching issue why the top video was not displaying. I tested it over the past few days and found it is a timeout cache issue, so this is solved and the removal of humbnail_alignment=”top” does in fact fix the issue ??
