Thumbnails not displayed, convert inline javascripts to files

Hi,

Vimeography is an awesome plugin and works like charm.

We are using a wysiwyg editor wherein we put the shortcode for the video gallery. But while rendering the content inside the editor we have allowed only certain tags for security issues. Hence the inline javascript which is responsible for displaying the thumbnails does not execute and ultimately the thumbnails do not show up.

Any alternate way to include the inline javascripts?
