Thumbnails not appearing/box not staying checked

    Using WPP 4.2.2. I have a sidebar widget that appears on every page that lists popular posts.

    It used to show thumbnails. Now it shows nothing but text and view count.

    I went to the configuration page for the widget (appearance -> widgets -> WPP) and noticed that “Display Post Thumbnail” was not checked.

    I checked it and hit “save.”

    After saving, the box is again not checked, and the thumbnails do not appear.

    For some reason, I can’t get it to keep the box checked that tells it to show thumbnails.

    Suggestions?
