Thumbnails not appear in Firefox e EDGE

I’m using the plugin and it works perfectly on Chrome (Desktop and mobile). However, in other browsers, such as Firefox and EDGE, it does not generate Thumbnail locally.
I have tried everything and I have already disabled the plugin directory cache, but even so, I was not successful.

Had a look on Firefox and I do see the locally cached thumbnail Dario?
