Thumbnails missing when entering webpage through Instagram or Facebook browser

Thank you for contacting with us and for saying us about your problem. I have checked your request to open your page from facebook link, and then open the videos page and it shows thumbnails. Please can You say me what I have done wrong? Because now I can’t see any problems.

Hello, thank you for your fast reply. When we open the website through the profile frankmoranstudio on Instagram (link of website in profile) or Frank Morán Studio on FB (link of website in profile or any shared blogpost) and later go to menu-videos it does not show the thumbnails, only after switching from the Instagram/FB browser to Google Chrome for example. We tried with 2 different Android mobiles and with an Android tablet. With the laptop the thumbnails show as expected, so it must be some problem with the browser, I just googled a bit and it seems those apps use their own In-App Browser which have some technical/visual limitations, so that might be the problem.

Sorry but I can’t understand what is the problem. Please make screenshots and publish here for checking the problem. Because when I am opening the website from instagram or from facebook it opens the thumbnails on our mobiles.

When I am opening tour webiste with FB app it opens the images, but when I am opening your page it doesn’t load images. I think broblem is with your servers IP address. Please try to open our website with your app and say us is it opens the images or no?
