Thumbnails instead of slideshow

    I had to update WordPress after a hack, and now the slideshows no longer show, just the thumbnails (but with a link to view the slideshow). I see a message in the dashboard that “Flash slideshow support has been removed,” and that it’s supposed to be running on javascript now. I have the most-recent version of NextGEN Gallery, so I don’t understand why the javascript isn’t loading the slideshow by default?

    @marvmckay66 – If you want the Slideshow to display by default then you need to set the display type to the slideshow.

    I suspect you have updated from a NextGEN Legacy version and the option to default galleries to slideshows has been changed to having the user select the slideshow display instead.
