Thumbnails in one row with navigation to see more

Hi,
thanks for this fabulous plugin. I wander if it is possible to place all the thumbnails in one row with navigation to see more (say that I’ve got 70 pictures, but I want to see at once only 10 of the thumbnails so that large image and the pager take as least space as it is possible)?
