Thumbnails gone and images in media library blank

I recently added site lock and a dedicated ip to my site… since then my menu bar has changed and all of my thumbnail pictures are gone. Actually when you go into my media you can no longer see the pictures. Not sure what they did but it hasn’t been the same since.
