Thumbnails Don't Show, Next Slide Arrow Missing

I have the most recent version of NextGen Gallery.
The thumbnails are not loading either in Firefox or Chrome.
When you click on the thumbnails, you have to hit the back button to return to the gallery. The next arrow and the “x” to close the image, are missing.
When will this be fixed? It’s been like this for the past few updates.
