Thumbnails distorted

    I’m absolutely new to this but have been trying for several hours to set up a gallery web page. Please see https://nsab.org.uk/1a for the problem – distorted thumbnail images. It must be simple to correct but I just can’t see how ??

    Please, be kindly informed that we have checked the website link you have provided.
    The images are distorted because of the width and height sizes. In the case, if you increase the height value, the images can be displayed properly. But we have to admit that these options are available in the Premium version of the plugin. You can make the changes from the General Options and set the “Element’s Image Behaviour” to “Natural”. But we will be glad to open access to those options for you if you still refer to use the Free plugin and have no chance to upgrade ?? Just drop us an email and we will guide you through.
