Thumbnails display as thumbnails in lightbox

  • When I click an image thumbnail, the thumbnail rather than the image file displays in the lightbox.

    I’m using NextGen to manage my galleries.

  • Hello @clarus-dignus,

    Could you please start by trying to delete the Lightbox’s cache? ( Dashboard > MeowApps > Lightbox > Reset Cache button ).

    If this doesn’t work, could you please share a link to your website?

    I’ve already tried resetting the cache (mentioned in other support topics) but to no avail.

    I’m developing a site on a local server (not online).
