Thumbnails are Blank

    Hello,

    I created a post grid using Refine Post Grid widget. The grid has six posts. Each of these posts has a featured image. However, thumbnails in the post grid are blank.

    Although I have purged all caches several times after regenerating thumbnails yet all six thumbnails are blank.

    Could anyone help?

    Hello,

    I have figured out the reason for blank thumbnails. It is not because of any plugin conflict.

    The reason is when I disable “Featured Images/Display on Page”, grid thumbnails are blank.

    Appearance/Customize/Content Options/Featured Images/Display on Pages

    If I enable “Featured Images/Display on Page”, grid thumbnails have correct featured images. However, in this case, a small thumbnail appears on the top of individual page. For example, check this page.

    I want to do the following two things simultaneously:

    • Disable thumbnails of featured images on individual pages.
    • Display the thumbnails of featured images correctly in the Refined Post Grid and other widgets.

    While visiting the site, there is no any issues regarding the thumbnail. There are thumbnails appeared and the single page doesn’t have the featured image.
