Thumbnails appearing but images not

  • I made a change to my website today, added a new page and a heap of pdfs to it and now it seems my slideshows aren’t working properly. I wouldn’t have thought anything I did with the new page would have affected the slideshows (maybe it happened a while ago and I didn’t realise?). – But anyway, now the images aren’t showing up, even though the thumbnails are and everything seems to be there? They are using the Portfolio Slideshow Pro Plugin. – Any suggestions?

    Hey @jennagreen87,

    Sorry for the delayed response here!

    One thing to point out is that Portfolio Slideshow Pro is temporarily not available as a plugin; it was deprecated and I am in the process of rebuilding it (furthermore, it’s a “premium” plugin and so support for it cannot be offered here on www.remarpro.com’s free forums).

    I would personally recommend trying out the latest version of Portfolio Slideshow (1.11.1 at the time I’m writing this) and seeing if that improves any of these issues.
