Thumbnails and videos from youtube

Hello. Some blogs of my network publish videos from youtube. The post consists of links to videos and images. Thumbnails are created by the plugin “Auto Post Thumbnail” and placed in the directory “uploads/sites/id/2014”.
Your wonderful plugin can’t create the thumbnail from the “uploads” directory. It creates a link like “img src=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=”.
How to fix it?
