Thumbnails

Hallo,

congratulations on this plugin, which I have chosen after trying several other ones. I’d just like to know how to have thumbnails without using featured image in posts and using instead the first images published within the post text. Is it possible? Today I have no featured images and I when I select “thumbnails” in the list type, the list remains empty.
