Thumbnails?

  • I have a news website I built with WordPress. Finally figured out most of it, except one thing.

    I have my news stories on the front page, and most of them have pictures. But the posts have white squares where the photo is supposed to be. What do I have to do to make the front page stories have thumbnails next to them? The front page has teaser posts, just a little bit of the story and then when you click on it then you go to the page where the story is. But there are no pictures next to those teasers. The photos post in the story just fine. What do I have to do?
