Thumbnail / Zoom Right not working with Helo & Elementor Pro

  • I really like the features of this plugin. I am currently using Hello Theme and Elementor Pro and am using the standard Product Gallery Widget on my Product pages. I have installed YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom on my staging. The plugin does edit the look of the product gallery, but

    • Thumbnails cannot be scrolled on desktop.
    • Clicking on a thumbnail opens the lightbox, instead of changing the product picture on desktop.
    • Zoom on the right size does not display. The “standard” zoom from the Product Gallery Widget remains.
    • No effect of the plugin on mobile.

    I have tried with the 2023 theme as well without success.

    How can I resolve these issues?

    The conflict is with Elementor Pro. As soon as I deactivate Elementor Pro, the plugin works as described.

    Should this plugin be compatible with Elementor / Elementor Pro?

    Our plugin is compatible with Elementor. Have you tried only the free version of Elementor?

    Did you also try leaving only WooCommerce, Elementor and our plugin active?

    Hi Juan,

    the compatibility issue is with Elementor Pro. Disabling Elementor Pro solves the problem.

    This means the plugin is not compatible with Elementor Pro?

    There should be no problems with the Pro version.

    Remember to use the Elementor Widget from the YITH panel to add the integrated zoom product image:

    Hi Juan,

    That is strange since from my side it appears. But you had commented that the problem came with Elementor Pro. Did you check if it appears there?

    Hello,

    I have deactivated Elementor Pro. Then the Woocommerce Gallery widget works with all zoom features.

    The YITH panel and the Elementor Widget are not available in my Elementor Editor, even after deactivating Elementor Pro.
