Thumbnail View issues

    Hi,
    On the thumbnail view, if I click on a product, it does not show the details of that product. It doesn’t go anywhere and keeps appending the product id to the url on each click. part of the url is as shown below.
    /products/?SingleProduct=3&SingleProduct=3&SingleProduct=3&SingleProduct=3

    I’m planning to purchase the pro version but still trying to get the free version to work on my site. Please help.

  • Hi Lavmsol,

    Would you mind posting a link so we can take a look? Are you not able to see the product details page at all or only from thumbnail view?

    If you’re using Custom Product pages option set to Yes, could you make sure that you have set a custom product page layout?

    Thanks for your quick response. I uninstalled the plugin and installed again. I did not have a product image earlier and after installing it again I added a product image as well and now it is working. Not sure what fixed it but thank you for trying to help. Really appreciate your great support.
