Thumbnail view in overlay with photo title – Google Photos

    Hi,

    Awesome plugin.

    I’m Photonic to show my Google Photo albums and by clicking on the album, the photos will pop up in an overlay.

    Client was hoping for a thumbnail below the photos and to show either the album title or photo title in the overlay. See snip:https://snipboard.io/LR6Nv8.jpg

    I’ve tried different combinations in the settings – overlaid popup panel/photo template and even in the photo wizard but I couldn’t
    1) Show the album or photo title in the overlay popup
    2) Have thumbnails underneath the photo as per the snip.

    Am I doing something wrong or there are no such options?

    Doesn’t the LightGallery lightbox meet your requirement? You can change which lightbox you want to use from the options. LightGallery lets you show thumbnails. You can see the full set of lightbox features here: https://aquoid.com/plugins/photonic/third-party-lightboxes/#feature-matrix

    Thank you so much! I completely missed the LightGallery lightbox option.

    I still can’t find a way to display the album title in the lightbox though. Is this possible?

    LightGallery will show the photo title, but there is no way in any lightbox that you can show an album title. Lightbox scripts aren’t aware of concepts such as albums, hence they don’t have capabilities to show album titles.
