Thumbnail slider doesn’t work on Hello Elementor theme

  • As a hello theme together with Elemtnro Pro, the thumbnail slider does not work on the product page and when you deactivate it, it is disabled on the desktop and appears on the mobile and tablet versions.

    Excuse my english, i’m from Brazil, see atached image.

    It seems that you are not using the default WooCommerce gallery for the product.
    It’s a requirement for the plugin to work correctly.
    Could you try to just use the default Gallery?

    When using the YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom plugin in combination with Elementor, it’s necessary to add the default WooCommerce product images and gallery widget included by Elementor, on this way, all should work properly.

    Could you adjust your product page and see if the problem is solved with those elements, please?

    From what I’ve seen, I’m using the default product images.

    I tried all image components within the layout construction and none of them work.

    Hello there,

    Have you tried changing your theme to a default WordPress theme like 2023? Maybe there is some kind of incompatibility with the one you have active.

    It may also be the case that there is some kind of incompatibility with another plugin, so we also recommend testing this by leaving only WooCommerce, our plugin and Elementor assets. If you don’t want to run these tests on your live site, you can easily create a test site using the free WP Staging plugin.

    is there already a solution for this? It’s exactly the same for me. I activated a wordpress standard theme 2023, I am working with elementor pro and that would be a link to the product page.     Hello!

    Our plugin works well with Elementor, I tried the newest versions in my local environment and it worked fine with the Elements shown in the above image.

    But, I only had installed WooCommerce, Elementor (both premium and free) and our Zoom plugin, so if using a default theme the problem is not solved, it could be related to a third plugin causing any kind of interference, maybe customizing the HTML of the gallery or the product page.
