Thumbnail sizes do not correspond to Media Settings

Hello, great plugin with lots of great options. Thank you!
I’m having an issue with the Thumbnail dropdown. I have set my thumbnail size to 125 X 125, but instead I see lots of thumbnail options that don’t exist within my theme and are not 125 x 125. I did regenerate thumbnails, and double checked that it worked, but there is no option in the dropdown for my 125 X 125 thumbnails. How do I fix it?
