Thumbnail Preferences Won’t Change/Save

Love this plugin and everything else seems to work fine, however, when I go to the Thumbnail tab and select “Display only thumbnails, no text” and click “Save Changes”, it automatically saves and defaults back to “Display thumbnails inline with posts, before title” every single time.
Any ideas why this might be happening? Can’t seem to figure it out.

That seemed to have worked, thank you! The only thing is now instead of being inline, the thumbnails are bulleted and in descending order. Is there a way to remove the bullets and have these images inline?
