Thumbnail Pagination Causes Sliders to Go Blank

    I have purchased the Pro version but having an issue. I have thumbnail pagination enabled with slides that have shortcodes in them.

    Problem is that when I click around a few times (thumbnails or nav arrows), some of the slides just go being completely blank.

    Has anybody encountered this? Tried quite a few things but had no success.

    Shorcode is linked to Anywhere Elementor pages if that is useful.

    Apologies, I have found the issue to be with the Slide Transition and not Thumbnail Pagination. If I make it 0 seconds it works fine, but anything over that makes the slider go blank on some slides when I navigate through it.

    Hi, can you test whether you get the same issue on this demo page:

    If not, then this is possibly a clash with the Elementor page-builder (or another plugin) on your site. Also try ticking the “DOMContentLoaded event” checkbox under “Other Settings” if you have not already done so.

    Hi Simon, no issue on the demo page so it must be a clash with elementor. Think the solution in the meantime would just be to have no transitions, which isn’t a train smash. Thanks for the help.
