Thumbnail not displaing on preview page

Hello
I saw in one of your demo forms wich is here :

When i add an image via ajax upload i can see the thumbnail at the first step of the form as example.
The same thumbnail can be seen on the preview page at the last step of the form.

So on the site i do working on i want the same but it seems it not works.
I am able to see the thumbnail when is uploaded but on the preview page i can see the url of the image insted of the image by utself how it is on your demo multipart form.
My form is also multipart/multistep and you can see it here :

Please fill the form and go NEXT to see for what i speak about.
I do parse all the fields of the form with there tags using merge tags and all the rest fields display the info that is filed but the upload field display not the image but the url path.
Could you help me how i can display the image in the same way like it is done in your multipart demo form and especialy how the thumbnail is visible on the preview page.
