Thumbnail Issue

Hello Everyone!

I’m experiencing some difficulties to achieve a proper thumbnail for recent posts.

1st case:
I’m currently using the “More” tag on my website, and it appears as follows. https://www.testontour.com
It is strange because I need to keep adding “nonbraking spaces” and preview it until it gets reasonably OK…. I don’t like the way it looks right now.

2nd case
I tried using the featured image. I like the way the feature image goes on recent post thumbnail at my home page, but then there’s some issues:
– I don’t want the featured image to be displayed on the top of the post itself, when you open it.
– On the thumbnail, I can only see the image and the post tittle but not a text excerpt…
– The social media buttons disappear.
– The “Continue Reading” tag disappears.
– The page numbers disappear.

Can you guys help? I’ve been hours and hours on google but can′t find a solution for me….I’m getting hopeless…
