Thumbnail is not generating on front end

    For some reason, the thumbnail uploaded in YouTube is not generating on the front end of the player. I’m seeing only the grey block.
    How can I fix this?
    I’ve tried refreshing, i’ve looked on incongnito and I’m still having the same difficulty.

    Scrap that. I changed the visibility from Private to Unlisted and it seems to have solved the problem.
