Thumbnail is displaying randomly

  • Hi,

    I have this site with lots of post and categories.
    But when I try to add a new post with featured image and view it on its category, some are not displaying correctly, and some are displaying randomly from the other images on the site.

    But when I try to clear cache, it will display the correct thumbnails.
    And when I add a new post again, thumbnails are getting strange and displaying randomly.

    What seems to be the problem?
