Thumbnail images

  • Hi, I can’t seem to get the images to show as a thumbnail on my feeder page. What am I doing wrong? The thumbnail image is mapped to product image/video 1 where the file is uploaded but it gives me a no image available default.

  • Hi @nikilindquist,

    We have checked your issue on our test server. At the time of auction creation, you can add a maximum of 4 images/videos and you can map any of that images/videos as a thumbnail image. It works fine on our test server.

    If you are mapping a thumbnail image for any of that four images then make sure it is uploaded to the site.
