Thumbnail image re-sizing problems

    Very new to WordPress so apologies in advance.

    I’m building a site using the Selecta theme from Obox design. It’s perfect for me and my site. This is a free theme that offers no further support.

    The one issue I can’t seem to solve is the size and rendering of the images in the Latest projects of my homepage

    Take the Pataks one as an example. The images has been cropped (and double checked) as 190×110 but the theme is re-sizing the image to 300×173 and I can’t find where to stop/change this.

    All ideas welcome.

    I’ve still not solved but it seems to be something to do with the timthumb resizer.

    Anyone any suggestions on troubleshooting this?
