Thumbnail Image Not Resizing

  • Changing the thumbnail size seems to have no effect on the appearance of the posts at all. It does change fine for the preview, but whether choosing the smallest at 24×24 or the largest, medium, etc. nothing seems to change, with no caching enabled.

    Dear Mr Scott,
    Did you try to enable the checkbox
    Disable responsive image of WordPress
    under Display Settings >> Fields settings >> Thumbnail?

    I’m not sure if we tried that, but we found a different plugin that worked.
