Thumbnail Image Not Displaying When Hovering Mouse Over Events

I’m trying to get the calendar to display a preview of each event’s image when the user hovers the mouse over an event in the calendar. The basic info (title & event date/time) do display in a little popup when I move the mouse over each event. But photos do not. I’ve tried inserting photos into the body of the event and also setting a featured image for events. So far, nothing I’ve tried has worked.
Is there a setting somewhere that turns on this feature? Or a specific calendar theme that is needed? I know the functionality is available because it’s working on another website I’m using A1EC on but I don’t know what’s different there.
